, said: “We are seeing more and more companies and sectors being hit by the crisis. We receive hundreds of calls every day, especially from small and medium-sized companies that are experiencing a drop in orders. Many of these companies need support with business management issues. We are therefore now expanding our funding for entrepreneurial expertise – quickly and without bureaucracy".
By offering these new funding conditions, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy wants to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and members of the liberal professions in the current situation. The new funding module is to help companies develop measures to limit the economic impact of the coronavirus crisis and to regain their competitiveness. It comes alongside other financial instruments that the Federal Government decided on last week.
The additional module available under the framework directive on the promotion of entrepreneurial expertise can be viewed here (PDF, 240 KB). More detailed information – in particular on how to apply – is available from the Federal Office of Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) at (in German).
