The Economic Stabilisation Fund offers individual restructuring and also selected instruments at largely standardised conditions. The aim is to have the smoothest and quickest process possible from application to decision-making, especially for smaller companies.

In order to respond better to the needs of companies which use the capital markets, the fund now offers another instrument at largely standardised conditions: ‘guarantees for corporate bonds’. The aim is to tackle liquidity squeezes in companies and to help them obtain finance from the capital market. This facilitates access to the capital market for larger SMEs in particular, opening up a further financing possibility in addition to bank loans. As the instrument is largely standardised, approvals can be made swiftly.
