On the one hand, this offers good professional prospects for local young people, on the other hand, companies can secure the they need for the future. This programme, which takes account of the needs of companies, is a win-win situation for all parties involved."
The programme has now been launched in Macedonia. A vocational training committee will support the training in enterprises and vocational schools and secure German quality standards.
